DVine — Pre-Launch Product Build

The Problem

We had an idea for a product but needed to take it from a rough concept to a public-facing pre-launch site — including brand positioning, interface design, and production-ready engineering — without the overhead of a traditional product team.

The Solution

I ran the full product lifecycle internally: defined the positioning, designed the interface, built the frontend and backend, and deployed a public pre-launch site. Every decision was made with a real launch in mind, not as a throwaway prototype.
