The Problem
Orders were coming in through Instagram DMs with no structure — no menu page, no pricing, no tracking. Every order was a manual back-and-forth.
The Solution
Built a full ordering site with a Notion-powered dynamic menu (client edits prices directly in Notion, no code changes needed), an online order form, and a Zelle payment flow. Orders land in Notion automatically for tracking.
Results
- Client was live and taking orders within a day
- Online ordering live — no more DM back-and-forth
- Client manages menu pricing directly in Notion
- Orders tracked automatically in a Notion database
